Y'day was a fantastic day! Well... really it was rather ordinary but last night David, Aaron and I went to World Market across the bay and I found something that I have been consistently searching for online for over 2 years.

Pocky.

Pocky is a chocolate cover biscuit stick that I have formerly known to be called Mikados. I ate them incesently in France both times I went and the second time I brought many back so I could eat them here. They are friggin DELICIOUS! But I found some y'day at this World Market and bought 3 boxes of them, with 2 bags in each box. I'm in heaven, and formerly fruitless search is now over. I'm happy.

They should be calling me soon about my ceramics. I made a beautious teapot and a matching plate. Should be ready soon.

I'm eating a Pick UP!, a small sandwich cookie w/ chocolate in the middle that I got at World Market. I had my first on the plane back from England. Delicious.

I think I'm gonna go shower now.... I slept in reeeaaaal late this morning.... it was nice....

Wow... It is 4:00 and I'm still not in bed yet.

I'm really rather proud of myself... 2 years ago for xmas my ma bought me an electric guitar which I have never even attempted to play and at 11 tonight I got it out of the closet downstairs and brought up here and began to diddle a bit. 5 hours of diddling has taught me to play some of Evanescence's Haunted and the beginning of Metallica's Enter Sandman. It's been fun. It's crazy though b/c I've never even tried to play a guitar before. Crazy stuff.

But I'm so tired now that my eye is really twitching... no joke... so I'm going to bed now.....

This weekend was enjoyable.

Friday night was Harry Potter night. Got the book, already have it read. Many tears spilled, though the ending I shall not reveal. Harry Potter rocks my fuckin socks off.

Saturday night was make up birthday partiness. It was loads of fun. I didn't get wasted as a cpl of other people I know did [clears throat] but I did remain amazingly pleasantly drunk all evening. It was extremely enjoyable and now I have a few handfuls more of silly stories to replay inside my head on bad days in order to enjoy a random giggle.

I have pictures that I will get up here maybe later tonight... I have corn bread, stewed potatoes, and fried okra that I am craving and am going to go cook it now.

Ok, so maybe birthdayness hasn't been totally cancelled.

Last night was great fun! Abbey and Cassie came over and gave me my b'day present. AW, they got me these shoes from purse-pi-cas-ity(or some shit like that) that I have been DYING for. They are tan sandle heels that the top of are this sequiny butterfly. They are so freakin adorable. And they got me a beautiful beaded lantern that I'm gonna hang above my stairs in my apartment.

Then we went out to eat at Olive Garden where I ate tooooo much food but we had a GREAT time. I don't what it is about us and italian food but we always get so giggly when we eat it that we laugh nonstop. It was great fun.... Cassie and her alfredo soup.... GEES!

After this we went to the liquor store and then to Davids. We stored all beverages there and then went on our journey to find a tattoo parlor. We left at 10:15ish and didn't arrive back at David's til about 12:30. It was a long journey in which we drove ALL OVER MOBILE!

We finally went downtown amongst all the partying drunks and ..... I got my nose pierced at Tattoo Zone. IT IS SOOOOO FREAKIN CUTE! Honestly, I love it. She scared the living piss out of me though when she did it. Here's my story:

We get in there and look at ALL the tattoos along the wall so that I can work up the courage to actually go through with it and then I fill out my lil paper work and go in the room. I'm sittin here and Abbey and Cassie are standing at the door and the lady asks me which side and I tell her my left and she turns her back towards me to get my little nosering all sanitized and whatnot and next thing I know she has whipped around with some sort of crazy ninja speed and has jabbed a 4 inch long needle through my nose, out my nostril, and has the point of it resting on my lip. I FREAK OUT!

It caught me so off guard it wasn't even funny. I had no warning or anything. If I had flinched at all in her sudden ninja kung fu movements I probably would have gotten my eye gauged out or maybe a lip piercing for free. It was scary so here I am sittin there with this big long needle through my nose and she fucking asks me if I'm leaving for the hurricane. I said no and she jerks out this needle and puts in my nose ring, tells me I'm done, and fuckin walks out of the room.

I wasn't crying but I left the room with tears of fright and pain running down my cheeks. Abbey and Cassie were in just as much shock as I was. I can only imagine what it was like watching her do that shit. I think Cassie almost passed out. But I go look in the mirror and cleaned off the blood and it was fucking cute, if I must say so myself. Happy Birthday to me.

We went back to David's and had a few drinks and Cassie and Abbey left at about 3 this morning. I went to bed.

I woke up this morning with half a million missed calls on my cellie from people calling to wish me happy b'day. Everyone from parents and aunts to Dailey and Ed. Thanx guys!

Today I'm going to go get my massage that David got me for my birthday and then I have to go hurricane proof my apartment and the salon. Yes, I'm going to ride this bitch out.

B/c of bastard Dennis the Menace, loads of birthday partiness have been postponed. Tuesday, weather permitting, Cassie, Abbey, and I will go to Doodles for some ceramic painting fun. I think maybe Friday or so Abbey and Cassie will carry out their original birthday plans for me by taking me to Pensacola to eat at Chili's which was the original plan before Pensacola got evacuated. Friday night will hold my BIRTHDAY EXTRAVANGZA here at David's that was cancelled b/c the dorms got evacuated which caused everyone to have to go home. So, it looks like dear me will be having 2 weekends of birthday bashes and that sounds OTAY with me!

Well, I have to go get ready.... I have windows to go tape up and precious valuables to be secured. Stay safe out there and enjoy these freaking hurricane parties. And remember.... DENNIS BLOWS!

Birthdayness has been cancelled. Damn this fucking hurricane.

I'm still going out tonight w/ Abbey and Cassie but tomorrow is cancelled b/c everyone is running away. I would be running away too if it weren't for my salon. I won't leave it. But there will be a make up party next weekend if I don't blow away within the next few days. Wish me luck b/c I'm gonna need it.

There has been tooooo much bullshit going on in the life of me lately that I almost don't even wanna rehash it.

Let's start at where I left off I suppose. Last update was the day before we left for our roadtrip. The day of my roadtrip I went to school and found out that I didn't get an A in my anthropology class that I had been working my ass off in. So I handed in my little card meaning that I would be there on Monday to take the final. I was so upset.

After class I went to the salon so Cassie could cheer me up and then came home to start packing where I found a note on my door. I opened it up and read it and found out that I wouldn't be allowed to renew my lease; I was being kicked out. So I started FREAKING out b/c I didn't understand why. I don't do anything: I always pay my rent, I'm not loud, and I'm hardly ever here as it is. So I called my mother.

My mom freaked out. She was just as confused as I was. The both of us called the office for the next two hours trying to get the head honcho on the phone and I ended up delaying our trip. I was so fuckin upset. Finally my mom called and told us that she had finally gotten ahold of the man and he said that he "had pictures" and proof of stuff that caused them to "elect" that I shouldn't be allowed to renew my lease.

I was so upset b/c I honestly couldn't think of what it could've been. I don't do anything, I'm always at work, and I REALLY just don't do anything. Ma told us to go ahead and leave for our trip b/c there was nothing we could do and they were going to fax my mother these "pictures."

Half way to Thorsby my mother called me b/c she just received the pictures. There were two of them: one was of trash on my porch dated right after I had my knee surgery when I couldn't walk, let alone drive or carry my garbage to the trash compactor, and one was of my door so they had "proof" that it was indeed my apartment. I was relieved but pissed. Who would fucking walk around taking pictures of people's trash? And I COULDN'T FUCKIN WALK! I was fuckin annoyed. They were gonna kick me out b/c I was crippled for a cpl of weeks.... faggots.

So, my mother called and bitched and to make a fuckin ridiculous story short, I'm not being kicked out, but I am on "probation," meaning I'm only allowed to sign a 6 month lease (my rent will go up), and if I do one thing wrong (b/c having knee surgery is so fucking wrong) then I will get kicked out. They just don't want to admit the fact that they over-reacted.

I say fucking bring that shit on. I just filled out a first time home buyers loan b/c I found some townhoused for sale close to school that are being built that are fucking cute. I've been to them four times in the last three days and last night Cassie and I got to talk to the builder. I'll fucking get in one of those if it's the last thing I do.

Anyhoo... on a happier note... it's raining. Rain means no one is going to the beach, and everyone will be wanting to get a tan inside. It's exciting, and it should be like this all week.

Well... I have to go finish cleaning b/c my parents are coming today and this faggot of an apartment manager wants to walk through my apartment. I guess that's the apartment equivalent to peeing in a cup for really being on probation. Again, faggot!

Here's a short recap.

Summer's visit was quite fun. We went to the beach and spent a day shopping and just had fun. She's silly.

This has been my last week of Anthropology. I find out tomorrow if I have to take the final on Monday. I'm really hoping that I don't have to.

We leave tomorrow to go to Florence. Well, our first night we are spending in Thorsby, where Cassie has spent most of her life, and then Saturday we are going on in to Florence. I'm actually kind of excited.

British Lit SUX! I honestly am hating the class. I'll be damned lucky if I get a fucking A in that class.

Roxy is gettin big. I must get pics up here.

I'm tired and I must pack... I'm going to bed now.
